Where I wait

Down in the darkness,
I finally find the stars,
The feeling..
The bleeding..
Blurring what is me..
Down in the darkness,
I’m waiting for the sun,
The hurt…
From silence…
Another round…
Time to rise,
And become the fire,
The tears…
Make victory…
So much sweeter..
Hands of flesh and bone,
Inside strides a titan of stone,
The secrets…
Chains of air…
Chokeing vains..
Tangled in the throw of fate,
The lightning that harolds the dawn,
Majestic symphony…
Locked in memory…
Live for this..
Time passes slowly in the dark,
As I wait beneath the trees,
Listening to ephemoral pleas,
Of souls lost and undone.

A Hug Postponed

Warm arms and gentle smile,
Will wait in dreams,
Untill free and unfettered,
In joy and heartfelt need,
You may give yourself,
Without worry or doubt,
To be held tight,
In loveing embrace..

Hold no regret,
For opportunity lost,
But look forward,
And imagine the day,
When into waiting arms,
You my rest a weary heart,
And find peace,
In the touch,
Of one who desires,
All your broken peaces.

The shuffle

Too many things,

One after another,

Getting lost in the shuffle,

It’s not that she doesn’t care,

When she finds me,

Love shines bright,

And then again,

I am lost in the rain,

Of too many things,

And not enough time,

And so I wait,

I am good at waiting,

For her to once again,

Find me in the moments,

In between,

The raindrops.
